The biggest mistake @comcastcares made was to contract a Jamaican call center to take their calls.....they are the most rudest customer service representatives I’ve ever had to deal with!!!! And this is coming from a Jamaican suh unuh can come beat me!!!

@Xfinity As brand new to the area and first time Comcast/ Xfinity customers, I can say I am beyond disappointed on the service and hours, upon hours of wasted time to get issues resolved. Will be sending all our equipment back and finding a new provider 😥.

Xfinity can we please get ACC Network here in South Florida. Tons of your customers follow Miami and/or FSU. We get out-of-area pac-10 and big-10 networks which arent even playing sports anymore but no ACC network. Please help us!!@accnetwork @Xfinity @comcastcares

@comcast @Xfinity well just got a call saying I was in collections for $105 for billing that took place after I turned off my service. Never asked for or verified my billing address and sent final bill to service address from 3 years. 1/2

@comcastcares Comcast in Pompano Beach absolutely sucks. It was out for 12 hours overnight Friday and now it's out for 4 hours today. Why do I pay $80 a month and have outages every other day. Do I get a credit on my bill?

@comcast I haven’t worked since March 14th & I’m still not working, I’ve continued to pay my entire bill every month anyway. My internet service was not working for 6 days while you switched to fiber. Why am I being charged late fees? I’ve been trying to resolve this for a month!
