Staff is extremely rude and when you express a concern of something not being done as you asked, they put the blame on you that you should know their nail techniques and should've anticipated the result. Then they talk about you negatively in their language and do so in such an obvious way just because I didn't like the nails were crooked....thats your nails fault...yet every other manicure managed to make it look normal not crooked. Very very rude and not worth the price.I am partially color blind so I ask to see colors as soon as I sit because it takes me longer to pick with my color deficiency. He did not bring them as asked. When I did get them he gave me a few minutes then said 'what color?' So I asked him, is this one purple to make sure I was seeing it right. He said no, it brown. Well shoot let me pick again. So I start to look and he impatiently asks, what color? So I ask him, which one is purple? He ignores me. I ask again, he says ,"I don't know" and walks away. Keep in mind before this I did explain I don't see colors properly to explain why I needed help. Thank you to the kind lady next to me that helped me. They were the cat eye colors and hard to differentiate. When he comes back he is extremely impatient, 'what color???' So I rush and pick one (I had wanted it to be 2 colors but wasn't going to ask for more time). That was for the VIP pedicure, but I also paid for tips for the manicure and said I wanted them just a little longer than they are now because I have a trip coming up. I also have to make sure I can type so i had him shorten a couple times until it got to the perfect length. When he was done after all the filing they were the same length I came in with. So I paid for tips just to be the length I came in with. They said "you told him shorten 4 times' ( it was 2 times) I said yes but the length I picked was longer than this. They say no you shorten 4 times!! I said again but this is shorter than the length I chose he filed down too much because he kept making them crooked. They said he file for shape not length. Said that 3 times then said he has to file down you should know to pick length longer than you want to allow for filing. I asked how am I supposed to know that I'm not a nail tech? They said you should know and now you know for next time, so which is it, expect them to shorten when filing and shaping, or is he only filing for shape not length? Not being obtuse, would generally loke to 'know for next time'. Meanwhile I paid for tips just to leave with the length I came in with. I shouldn't have tipped at all but I usually give 20% l, he got 5% because of the rude comments. I know its not his job to help with colors but if someone was blond, would you assost them to avoid an unexpected obstacle in their path? If hard of hearing and struggling to understand becausenof their hearing combined with language barrier and accents, would you write it down or point to something to find a way to communicate? Color blindness is equally a disability and i just asked he confirm i picked the color i was looking for. As it is the one he told me was green is actually blue which i found out from a friend after I got home. I'd rather no helpnthen lies. On top of that I had to go back in to ask to have the nail polish on my skin removed since I wasn't going right home. It was just unnecessarily rude. They usually do a good job, this was my first and LAST time with pink/purple haired male tech. I did a vip pedi and mani with tips. They should've taken off the cost of the tips or something since I will likely have to get them redone before my trip, and most certainly shouldn't have been rude when I politely (at first - until they started raising voices blaming me for the errors) expressed my disappointment in the service.
