I have found the customer service and skill of all team members to be excellent! Not all salon services in the Valley can match that! Studio K offers Big City service in our small towns. I am so glad to have found them.

Karen and Debbie were super nice. I scheduled an appointment to get an acrylic fill on my nails with gel polish. Rachael did my nails and i have to say i was super disappointed. The first color i chose bubbled after it dried and i had to come back later in the day to have her change the polish. She seemed annoyed and said this is why she doesn't like doing gel manicures. My nails were not filed evenly and she was also in a rush to get out of work for the day. I would go back but request someone different to do my nails.

This place is the best around. My mom and i had a great day of pampering.I cant say enough good things about all the girls. My nails were done and I love them. I got the gel nails. They are using a new gel system because the old one didn't work on some people. The system I asked for they said its been months since they used it. I'm so happy with the new one. Its been 3 weeks and my nails look amazing. Thank you Rachel and Karen you made us feel so welcomed. I'm so glad I found this place. everyone try Studio K one time and decide for yourself.

So I am getting my engagement photos done in a week and after chipping a few of my normally long nails I decided to get a mani-pedi with full tips. My friend and I went together.
First off, I will say that Karen painted my nails very nicely. Unfortunately, thats the only nice thing I have to say. She refused to put tips on my nails because they were so nice, even though I explained that a few were chipped and I wanted even lengths and for my nails to be long in my pictures. She swore that a french manicure using the gel polish would look nice and tips wouldn't be necessary. She then filed all my nails down, but not even to matching lengths......She didn't bother to shape them at all. Just rounded out the ones that had blatant tips, so within a single finger one half of the nail is rounded the other is more square in shape. So besides the inconsistent lengths/shapes, she paints on this white tip that literally covers 50% of my nail. It looks completely unnatural. I look like I have stub nails and it makes my entire finger look shorter. I hate it. I am going to get my nails redone next week with tips now that all my nails actually need tips and I will never return to this salon.
I am thankful that they also apparently forgot to schedule my friend and I for our pedicures. We decided to just leave even when they said they could do the pedis. My friend showed me her nails at the end, which were done by Rachael and they look horrible. She painted on the layers too thick and before the previous layer dried so her nails aren't smooth and looked like they had wrinkles. I heard my friend ask Rachael why they looked like that in the middle of getting her nails painted and Rachael replied that "The top coat will smooth them out". It didn't.
The only reason I gave this place 2 stars and not one is if you were looking to get your nails painted a single color in gel polish, I believe Karen would do a nice job. I was looking for tips and ended up feeling like my nails were ruined for nothing, and both my friend and I regretted paying for the services we received.

I'm in town visiting family and needing to get my nails done and hopefully get some advice about doing them on my own. "G" did a fabulous job and helped me understand each step of the process. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. If I lived in town, this would be my regular "nail place". Thank you!!
