I have been to several nail salons in Ft Wayne, none of them fit. I went to this salon and they quickly became my regular nail salon. One time I couldn't get in so I went to one of my old salons, NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! I realized exactly why I wouldn't ever go anywhere else! Kim and her family/coworkers are the best thing that ever happened to my nails!

Made an appointment yesterday for today. Very friendly. Very patient. The best mani/pedi I've ever had. They did an excellent job on my nails for my wedding on Saturday.

Stopped in here instead of my usual salon just for a pedicure. I was short on time this week. I am so disappointed..they are reusing implements on multiple customers. I realized it with the files and pumice stone however, I didn't realize what this woman was doing until after she did my toes. She was reusing the metal implements and is scrubbing the pumice stone with hand soap only!! She didn't do a good job either. There was no disinfectant in the foot soaking bowl. I came home and washed my feet with essential oils. I just feel so gross and I pray I don't get some type of nail fungus. The board of health needs to pay this place a visit. There is absolutely no excuse for them to do this. Disgusting!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Nails look worse then the service was! Only one staff member was pleasant. Unsanitary as well. They didn't clean the pedicure bowls before using it with another client. Nails on my hands are all crooked but lady said she couldn't do anything about it because my fingers weren't straight. Never have I had an experience like this!

I took my daughter to have nail polish applied while I got a pedicure. I was told $5 on the phone for her to have polish. She asked if she could put her feet in the water like me and so they filled the tub with water but no soap or anything. When we went to pay, they told me it was $5 for the polish and $5 for the pan of water. Had they told me upfront the pan of water coat $5, I would have said no...they also did not buff the top of my nails so they are lumpy from when I last had gel polish. Will not come back
